EX UNO PLURES LLC ("EX UNO PLURES", “us” or “we”) is a macroeconomic advisory firm specializing in funding and interest rate markets. We offer two streams of research reports on our online platform: Money, Banks and Bases, which covers the topography and day-to-day workings of the dollar system, with our signature focus on the balance sheets of banks and dealers that intermediate the dollar system; Money and World Order, which covers China’s progress in building an alternative to the dollar system, and how this alternative system will re-shape the day-to-day workings of the dollar system going forward. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) covers personal data collected while providing our services through the Platform, and provides information to those who are affected by our data processing on how we collect, use, disclose and store personal data.

EX UNO PLURES as the data controller is responsible for the collection, use, processing, storage and maintenance of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and, in particular, with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, "GDPR") and any and all applicable (supplementing) data protection laws and regulations, as amended from time to time.

The purpose for which we process Personal Data and the legal basis for the processing

We collect, hold, use and disclose your Personal Data to provide services we offer. Our services include providing contents on our website and replies to inquiries made through our website. As our clients (“Client”) are enterprises and organisations, and we are only processing Personal Data of their dedicated contact persons (“Data Subjects”). The Personal Data are provided to us when they register to the Platform. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest to be able to provide the services to the Client. Our services can be accessed only after registration, without providing the required Personal Data during registration the Client will not be able to use the service.

Personal Data we process

We collect and process the following Personal Data of those representing our Clients while subscribing to our website: name, phone, email address, company name, password

We store all Personal Data on servers within the EU. We receive the Personal Data from the Data Subject.

Who do we disclose the data with

We share Personal Data with vendors and service providers we employ to perform services on our behalf (“Processors”).

We employ the following Processors:

Data retention period

We process Personal Data as long as our Client is registered to our services. As soon as our services provided to our Client terminate, we delete any Personal Data stored on our servers.

Data protection rights

Data Subjects may request information on processing, rectification, erasure. Data Subjects may not request erasure of data if data processing is mandatory pursuant to applicable law.

Data Subjects may request us to confirm whether or not the Data Subject’s personal data is processed and, where that is the case, Data Subjects may request access to the personal data.

Data Subjects may have the right to request us to rectify any inaccuracies in the personal data. 

Data Subjects may have the right to request us to restrict the processing of the personal data. In this case, the respective data will be marked and may only be processed by us for certain purposes.

Data Subjects may have the right to receive the personal data, which Data Subjects have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (i.e.: in digital form) and Data Subjects may have the right to request the transmission of that data to another entity without hindrance from us, if such transmission is technically feasible.

When the processing of the personal data is based on the Data Subject’s consent, Data Subjects can withdraw consent at any time without giving us any reason by contacting us under any of our contact details. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

We respond to requests – by electronic means, unless you instruct us otherwise – within a month, either by informing Data Subjects on our actions taken upon their request or by letting Data Subjects know the reasons why we cannot fulfil the request. We may request additional information from Data Subjects for confirmation to fulfil the request. We fulfil the first request free of charge if submitted in a year’s time, however we charge Data Subjects reasonable administrative costs or refuse the request when the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. We let Data Subjects, and all of whom we shared the data with, know about the rectification, erasure, restriction of processing unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

If Data Subjects feel that their personal data rights have been breached, please contact us first. Furthermore, Data Subjects can also contact and lodge a complaint with the local data protection authority, in particular in the Member State of the European Union of their habitual residence.
